Our client is a pioneer in digital printing who provides high end solutions for industrial, commercial and document printing market segments. They are looking for a Customer Support Engineer 2nd line for Lier.
Function
- Technical Support to First Line Support engineers, dealer technical personnel and customers.
- Problem Analysis & Management
- Customer contact
- Support technical knowledge exchange between R&D ad Service
- Delivery of Technical Services
Profile
- Bachelor degree and some years of experience in machien maintenance, field engineering and/or graphics industry.
- Excellent analytic skills, quick learner of technical data
- Good practical knowledge of common IT hard- and software
- Customer oriented, independent, flexible, stress resistant
- Cost conscious, pragmatic
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch, other languages are considered a plus.
