To strenghten their team, we are looking for a Supply Chain Process Analyst.
Function
You facilitate between the user, the processes, the systems and IM as well as coordinating, leading and supporting different projects aroiund improvements of systems (ERP, JDE, Manugistics, APS, APEX) and processes. It also involves doing the set-up, the development and the testing of planning applications depending on the project initiative.
Apex Application developer and support
You work closely with Affiliates Service team, country supply chain/customer service groups and SC of MD&D Franchises to ensure clear understanding and Enhancements, Reports and Interfaces
You manage the project from A-Z: application configurations, prototype testing, systems validation and implementation into production including end user training.
Supply Chain processes
You get a clear understanding of Supply Chain processes impacting the European Distribution Organization System
You identify gaps, laucn process improvement projects to fill in gaps.
You apply set-up changes or connect with it for major modifications
You coordinate testing’s and execute testing as appropriate.
You support and train supply chain JDE 8.12 users’ community. Implement solutions or provide corrective actions.
You provide support and training towards the business community in different issues nad project. You work closely to MD&D Franchises and Supply chain community to identify potential need for process improvements.
Profile
Education and/or experience
Degree in engineering, Economics, Supply Chain/Operations or Information Management.
Fluent in English
Project management experience is a plus
General knowledge of Supply Chain and planning processes
Experience with ERP/MRP/APS systems preferred
Working knowledge of query and database tools of languages
Strong skills of MS office
Fluency in personal computer software
